The Oils:
Lavender helps to relax and calm the body. It clears emotional negative energy from your mind, body and spirit, while promoting balance and wellness. Lavender is a powerful ally for stress, allowing us to become more peaceful and serene. The less stress we carry and the more relaxed we become, the better we rest.
Roman Chamomile is the oil of Spiritual purpose. This oil helps support the individual in finding meaning in their lives, when one finds purpose, they feel more peace and calm. Chamomile softens the personality and leads the soul to where it needs to be and what it needs to be doing. It calms insecurities and helps to relax anxiety and nervousness. She helps us feel connected and supported. Chamomile can free the mind of incessant chatter that keeps us up at night, she calms the mind and relaxes our bodies.
Cedarwood is a very grounding and protective oil, and can be used for spiritual purification. Cedarwood can help calm and quiet a restless mind to allow the Divine light to flow through. It helps to relieve tension and anxiety. Through calming and soothing the mind, Cedarwood has an affect on those who may be experiencing sleeplessness.
Bergamot is the oil of self-acceptance. This oil supports the individual in need of self-acceptance and self-love, and has a cleansing affect on stagnant feelings and limited belief systems.
