Refund policy

At Whispering Roots, all products are created and packaged with care, intention and respect for the natural materials we work with. Due to the nature of our offerings, we maintain the following policy.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Due to the nature of our product line, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, delayed, lost, stolen or damaged packages once shipped. 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS: If an error occurs on our end prior to shipment, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation, and we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis. 

NATURAL PRODUCT DISCLAIMER: Our products are made from natural herbs and plant materials. Variations in color, aroma and texture are normal and do not constitute a defect.
