Shipping policy

At Whispering Roots, each order is prepared with care so your delivery leaves our apothecary safely for the people we serve.

Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within up to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been delivered to your chosen carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Area: Due to the rise in tariffs, we currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Methods: Shipping rates and methods are calculated at checkout and fulfilled through third-party shipping carriers.

Transfer of Responsibility: Once your package has left our hands and is in the care of the shipping carrier, the responsibility for your package transfers to that carrier. 

Whispering Roots Apothecary is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, delayed or packages damaged during transit.

These matters must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking information.

Refunds or replacement orders are not issued for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed or damaged after shipment.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is entered complete and accurate at checkout. Whispering Roots is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
