Boneset
Botanical name: Eupatorium perfoliatum
^Organic
Boneset is a perennial herb native to North America, often found in wetlands, meadows, and along stream banks. It is recognized by its tall stems, lance-shaped leaves that appear to wrap around the stem, and clusters of small white flowers that bloom in late summer. Traditionally, boneset has been a staple in Native American and Western herbal medicine, primarily used to support the immune system and relieve symptoms of colds, fevers, and flu. It is also believed to have mild anti-inflammatory, diaphoretic (sweat-inducing), and laxative properties. Boneset is typically consumed as a tea or tincture.*
