Whispers of the Forest is a powerful full moon created syrup to supper the immune system in great times of need. It is made underneath the light and energies of full moon and in a cast iron dutch oven.

Reishi, known as the "mushroom of immortality" or "queen/king of the forest" supports vitality and overall wellness. Ganoderma Lucidum helps us adapt to stress levels better (like all adaptogens). Reishi supports the immune system, may help with sleep disorders/insomnia & anxiety, protect the body from viruses, and so much more.

Echinacea root is known for its ability to help strengthen the body in times of weakness. Echinacea has been used for centuries to help fight symptoms of cold/flu and to stimulate immune system function. It helps to support the body in times of common cold, coughs, bronchitis, upper respiratory infections, and some inflammatory conditions.

Turkey tail mushroom contains a powerful antioxidants and other compounds that may help help fight certain cancers. It has been used for centuries in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) as an immunomodulator that boosts immune function by supportIng the health of both an underactive or overactive immune system. It helps to clear dampness, increase energy, and strengthen the lungs, stomach and spleen, and helps fight infection. 

 Chaga supports the immune system. The polysaccharides help to simulate the growth of leukocytes in the body, fortifying the immune system to fight against infections. Chaga promotes healthy skin and supports liver function, boosts cardiovascular health, and promotes the stabilization one's mood.

Schisandra has significant protective antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity helping to maintain healthy cells throughout the body. These berries help the body to cope with added stressors in times of illness, and brings a sense of calm. Schisandra helps to fight off infection and strengthen the immune and respiratory system.

Osha root is noted for its powerful antiviral properties. It is helpful for sore throats and bronchial inflammation. Osha is sometimes referred to as bear root & Colorado cough root. It has been used widely for support with issues such as bronchitis, cough, common cold and influenza.

Ginger root contains anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antibacterial and anti-viral properties. Ginger can help ease pain in the body and reduce irritation/inflammation or other discomforts caused by a cold or flu. It's expectorant properties help loosen the mucus from lungs and sinuses. As a diaphoretic, ginger root helps to warm the body to promote sweating to flush out toxins. Its antispasmodic properties may help to reduce stomach cramping if flu symptoms are present.

Cinnamon creates movement in the sinus cavities when sinus congestion is present. Cinnamon is rich in antioxidants and has both antibacterial & anti-inflammatory properties.

Raw Honey contains antibacterial, antiviral, and antimicrobial properties. Many studies have shown that it is effective at fighting both external and internal infections. Honey soothes the throat and acts as a cough suppressant. (Most of the honey you find in grocery stores is pasteurized. The high heat kills unwanted yeast, can improve the color and texture, removes any crystallization, and extends the shelf life. Many of the beneficial nutrients are destroyed in the process.)


Ingredients: Purified Water, Raw Honey (Galveston Island local), Reishi* (Ganoderma lucidum), Echinacea Root* (E. purpurea/ E. angustifolia), Turkey Tail** (Trametes versicolor), Chaga** (Inonotus obliquus), Schisandra Berry* (Schisandra chinensis), Osha Root** (Ligusticum porteri), Ginger Root* (Zingiber officinale), Cinnamon* (Cinnamomum  burmannii) & Brandy (for shelf stability)

Suggested use: 1 tsp daily, or 1-3x daily for cold/flu support
