Moringa leaves are packed full of vital nutrients to help feed and nourish the body. Moringa helps to fight inflammation which may help improve healthier sleep patterns.
Passionflower helps us to relax into our bodies, helping to release any emotional tension of the day and allowing a soft landing space to open our minds to become relaxed and balanced. It helps us to find a place of quiet, helping to ease restlessness and anxiety. Passionflower has been used to help promote a deeper more peaceful sleep. It's antispasmodic properties can be useful when dealing with pain and body tension.
Oat tops are wonderfully gentle nervines to help nourish the nervous system.
