By the light of the sun, calendula shines brightly to encourage joyfulness and strength. Calendula brings empathy for our experiences, strengthens the solar plexus chakra, and helps clear energetic toxins stemming from our own thoughts and feelings of others. It's golden healing light helps to purify our minds of the lingering remains of stagnant energies.

Another known "tree of happiness" includes mimosa. The medicine she carries is that of love, heart essence and resilience. She carries us ever so gently through feelings of anxiety, painful loss, grief, sadness and overwhelm.
